Talent Management
Description: On day 4 the course will cover holistically the managing of talent, including detailed step by step guide in managing talent and its assessment using the 360o approach.

Day 5

Assess, Verify, Reward and Retention
Description: On day 5 the course will cover the tail end of assessment, which heavily impacts the reward system and employee retention, where all the hard work by HR and other stakeholders pays off.
